At Evael, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Whether you need a different size or a full refund, our team is dedicated to making the process as smooth as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Evael account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
